7-Day Returns
Items purchased from Two are eligible for return or exchange if returned within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges
We charge ₹150 when processing an exchange. This is a fee charged to us by our logistic partners.
No Questions Asked Returns
You can return the product for any reason – fabric, color, fit, or simply if you don’t like it. However, ₹150 will be deducted as Returns handling charges, which is charged to us by our logistic partners.
The Process
- Maintain Good Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Return the item in its original package along with the invoice, just as it was delivered.
- Access Our Returns Center: Click here & follow the necessary steps.
- Pick-Up & Inspection: Our team will schedule a pick-up within 3–5 days. For exchanges, a new size will be shipped once we receive the return. For refunds, the product must reach our facility for a quality inspection.
Full Cash Refund
Refund is applicable under the following conditions:
- Prepaid orders.
- Items not on sale or mark-down. (Discount coupons are not considered mark-downs.)
Note: We have a 100% refund policy; however, ₹150 will be deducted as Returns handling charges (charged to us by our logistic partners).
Refund on COD Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be provided via store credit equivalent to the total order value. This means no cash refunds to a bank account.
Store Credit
Store credits are automatically applied to your account and can be used at checkout. If you face any issues while applying store credit, please email contact@smartgabru.in.
When Cash Refund is Not Applicable
Cash refunds are not applicable under these 2 cases:
- For products on clearance.
- If the product returned is soiled, damaged, or altered.
